Aliens Space Station Cheating Customers and earning Money

We had booked a dream flat in Aliens SS1 soon after our wedding in 2008 with a hope of occupying the same in 2011. Now, in 2015, we are learning that the station itself is not included in their list either for Phase 1 or 2. No one answers providing a date for completion in the long future as well. We have sold out all our investments paying the EMIs to SBI since 2008. Additionally, the increasing rental value is also killing us to the core as we end up paying twice - once to SBI and the other to the flat owner.All the communication from Aliens group is literally stopped when we opposed to pay that EXTRA amount which was being charged towards value enhancements of the property which is not even in any stage of completion in the near future. We have dried out our blood following up with the Aliens management but they have given us nothing other than a cold response.  Our family life is completely shatterred with the kind of mental pressure we are undergoing every moment...

Aliens Group MD cheats Customers, Faces Arrest! Aliens Group managing director Hari Challa has been arrested by Ramachandrapuram police for allegedly cheating the customers. He was  sent to Sanga Reddy prison and a lookout notice has been issued for other accused who were absconding. As many as 60 Customers of Alien Space Station-I project in Tellapur lodged a complaint against the company for failing to deliver the Apartments on time inspite of collecting crores in advance. They allege the Construction Firm have cheated them with lucrative offers. About 15 FIRs have been registered in connection with the case. Aliens Group MD Hari Challa, Joint MD Venkat Prasanna Challa and Partner Vishwanath were listed as accused in the complaints. Diversion of Funds Investors advance funds has been diverted to Aliens sister companies and to other unknown sources and didn’t mentioned in their balance sheets also. Appeal   Many customers who booked the flats have taken loans from various banks and are paying their EMIs. All of them are finding it extremely difficult to pay the rent and a high EMI towards nothing. There is no progress in sight and there are rumours that builder has already decided not to do phase 2 and 3 at all. Please note that phase 2 was scheduled to be completed by mid 2012 and phase 3 by mid 2013. At one point there were about 1400 customers. After generating such a huge initial payment of Rs 300 crore or higher, the builder has chosen to make very little progress. Bogus Schemes: Bogus scheme of no pre EMI till possession :   Many customers were promised via an MoU that the pre EMI would be paid directly to the bank till the unit was handed over. But after 10 to 11 such installments, the builder stopped the scheme unilaterally breaching all terms and conditions mentioned in the MoU. Most customers have not been given any alternative. All such customers had agreed to buy the house at a higher price than the existing rates allured by the pre-EMI clause. The builder paid the same only for a few months and then stopped abruptly. Cancellation: The cancellation policy is heavily lopsided and even if the delay is completely due to mismanagement of the builder, a customer is forced to apply for a cancellation, forced to forego up to 20% of the paid amount and then made to wait for a year to get his money back in small installments. This is outright cheating. Many customers who realized that the Aliens Group is intentionally doing the fraud, by taking the advance amount, without doing any construction, approached Aliens Group to return back the money. Aliens Group announced a payment term policy and asked Owners to cancel their flats by themselves. Assuming that Aliens Group will return back the money, around 600 customers had cancelled their flats by themselves.
